How did JKW Beauty begin?

JKWbeauty was born as a side hustle passion while finishing a college degree. Lucky for me, my side hustle became my main hustle in 2010, evolving rapidly. Lots of failures and successes later, we are almost a decade old and loving being apart of such a beautiful industry. Creating beauty for events every weekend is a dream, although sometimes tricky to find balance.

What's your favorite part of the process?

Meeting and talking to our clients at their trial. We get to really connect, learn about their style, their love story. Sorry to be cliche, we love love.

What do you wish people knew about hair & makeup services?

That although your makeup and hair services might be one of your smaller items in the big scheme, it is almost the most important. You will be in every picture, memory, and thought from your wedding day - don't you want to be the very best and most authentic you?

What should they keep in mind as they decide their wedding look?

Leave a little room for expert suggestion based on your everyday glam, wedding day vision, and your skin/hair. Sometimes a good fusion of ideas is best.

Tenure. We have been around for almost a decade. We've seen a lot, know how to control the beauty schedule chaos, deliver quality in time crunches, and offer authentic advice. We want you to feel perfect on your wedding day, and we're all about making it happen.
